Lumera-Haus uses trusted third-party logistics providers and courier services to fulfill and deliver orders.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local business time) on a business day are typically processed on the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare an order before shipment.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

Processing activities may include:

Estimated transit time for orders delivered within the United States is 2–4 business days.

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery time consists of both processing time and transit time.

9. Business Days

For the purposes of this policy, business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

10. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where available, tracking information will be included in the confirmation email.

Customers may use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress directly through the applicable carrier's tracking platform.

Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may require time to appear after shipment.

11. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Peak shopping periods;

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.

If your package remains undelivered after this additional period, please contact us at support@lumerahaus.com. We will investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.

12. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lumera-Haus is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumerahaus.com.

To assist with our review, please provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

15. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@lumerahaus.com.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
